Placing an Order
You can place an order at Mingflorist.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our website. Just find the product you want, add to your shopping cart, and follow our secure step-by-step instructions to purchase. It's quick, safe, and convenient.

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. If one of our preferred florists is out of a particular item, we will substitute it with a similar element of equal or greater value. We will get approval from the customer before taking any actions. For instance, if you have chosen a bouquet with a red rose and our florist is out of that color, a pink rose will be used.
Our florists will use only the freshest flowers, and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal and regional availability.
All products ordered from Mingflorist.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, we will quickly replace the bouquet or; just contact us immediately and we will take care of your problem. We should be notified of any problem immediately upon receipt of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund if such request is not received by us on a timely basis or the product has been used or broken after the recipient received the product.

Customer Quality Satification
If required, the sender will receive a photograph of the sent arrangement on request. In the event of any comments or complaints you wish to make, you should receive a reply within 24 hours. We offer a 100% guarantee on quality satisfaction policy.
The recipient will also receive a feedback form accompanying their gift, which they can fill in and return if they wish. All feedback forms received by our computer system are then reviewed by the management in our monthly meeting; this is to discuss customer responses and a way to improve our service.
